职位描述：
? Assist lead engineer to do overall support and manage and develop coating process.
        协助首席工程师支持和管理镀膜工艺
? Supply the technical support to coating production as required.
        技术支持镀膜工艺
? Ensure the all process and equipment issue to be solved in time.
        确保工艺问题解决及时
? Assist Production supervisor to obtain optimum manufacturing capability, stability and good quality in lens with high yield.
        协助生产主管达成生产效率
? Supply technical support to other production area in terms of process technology
        技术支持其他生产区域

Responsibility具体职责
1、Provide technical support for AR coating to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need
2、Work with lead engineer to manage all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.
3、Ensure all process documents prepared and keep updated in time.
4、Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions
5、Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time
6、Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down
7、Ensure technical operation and documents implemented well to production
8、Investigate the coating defect causes and work out the best solution. Dig out the root cause and get relevant staff informed/ trained
9、Assist other process engineers to implement the process Test when they need
10、Work with AR team in CZV group, develop vacuum coating technology
11、Organize and fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.
12、Participate in or manage the projects in AR expansion, new equipment installation, facility modification to reach the target as expected.
13、maintain up to date information of practices and improvements in process and program.

Qualification
1、本科以上学历，自动化、电子、机械等工科专业优先
2、2-3年工作经验，大型外资制造工厂经验优先
3、良好英语书面水平，口语能表达观点
4、很好的团队精神
5、SPC, FMEA, DOE的使用比较熟悉 举报 分享
