职位描述：
Job requirements：
1、10+ years experience in quality, of which 2+years at the management level；
2、Experience in automotive industry is a must；
3、Bachelor degree or above;
4、IATF/TS 16949 internal auditor；
5、Good command of IATF16949；
6、Proficient in quality tools, including, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, etc.
7、Sophisticated in problem solving, e.g, 8D, A3；
8、Good command of continous improvement tools, e.g, lean tools, six sigma black belt is a plus；
9、Good command of MS office；
10、Fluent English；
11、Coaching skills；
12、Decisive、aggressive/tough；
13、Change management skills；
14、Result-oriented；
15、Good communication skills;
16、Build trust/relationship。
Major Responsibilities：
1、Establish and maintain approporiate、sufficient and effective quality system（IATF 16949）；
2、Lead APQP to ensure flawless launch；
3、Collect、understand and implement customer quality requirements；
4、Solve critical quality problems, including customer complaints, in process quality issues, supplier quality issues；
5、Establish and implement process quality control standards；
6、Develop supply base to meet customer quality requirements；
7、Monitor and improve quality cost；
8、Lead continous improvement in quality；
9、Lead customer audit；
