职位描述：

工作职责：

（1）正确掌握市场和合理协助总经理室设定销售目标。

（2）决定销售策略和建立销售计划，采取行动实施。

（3）建立调整公司营销组织，细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络。

（4）进行管理销售活动，职务分配和内部沟通。

（5）有效地组织销售事务、统计、分析和工作量测定。

（6）进行对销售员的培训、指导和监督，对营销员进行各项活动的指引。

（7）销售团队构建及管理。

任职要求：

1、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历；

2、5年以上快销品行业大中型企业该岗位工作经验，具有食品行业相同岗位工作经验2年以上；

3、有卓越的谈判、沟通协调、市场策划和团队管理能力。

4、有良好的语言表达能力和培训能力，英语口语、书面沟通良好。

5、较强的市场分析能力，有信息数据收集、分析、处理能力，能熟练运用电脑办公软件。

6、正直诚实的品德、机智稳重的处事风格、责任心和创造力。

7、有西非销售工作经验优先考虑。
