Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director in a professional manner;
2. Assist Managing Director in all daily routines;
3. Maintain and organize meetings and events, and keep meeting minutes; Make travel and business visit arrangements for Managing Director;
4. Assist Managing Director to coordinate all internal and external relationships;
5. Prepare and translate presentation materials, documents, letters, speeches etc.;
6. Assist in implementing company policy and regulations, strong sense and reaction of internal and external situation change;
7. Responsible for itinerary arrangement for colleagues and visitors, e.g. prepare for invitation letters, overseas insurance, flight ticket & hotel reservation, transfer arrangement etc.;
8. Responsible for administration job e.g. air ticket, company car, hotel, water supply arrangement;
9. Prepare and assist in all official activities, including customer visit, government inspection etc.;
10. Responsible for group intranet updating and get the first-hand news from the web;
11. Assist HR Manager in monitoring, reviewing and improving the service of plant area to ensure a smooth & safe working environment;
12. Responsible for attendance system operation and monitor daily attendance status;
13. Provide monthly attendance record and other attendance data accurately and timely;
14. Monitor and follow abnormal attendance, keep all attendance, absence, leave and OT records and documentation according to company policies;
15. Assist in company activities arrangement such as annual dinner, outing etc.;
16. Assist in company newspaper and other periodicals publication;
17. Take ad hoc assignments from HR Manager.

8. 负责行政工作,如机票、公司车辆、酒店、水资源安排;
9. 准备并协助各种官方活动,包括客户拜访、政府审查等;
10. 负责团队内联网更新,及时从互联网获取第一手资料;
11. 协助人事经理监督、检验并提升工厂范围内的服务,以确保工作环境安全顺畅;
12. 负责考勤系统的操作,监控每日出勤数据;
13. 正确且及时地提供每月考勤记录和其它考勤数据;
14. 监控并跟踪异常考勤情况,保证考勤、缺勤、请假、加班记录及证件文件符合公司政策;
15. 协助公司活动安排,如新春年会、集体外出等;
16. 协助公司报刊及其它期刊的制作发行;
17. 完成人事经理安排的其他工作。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 years related working experience in multinational company or Joint Venture; With experience and knowledge in administration function;
3. Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good knowledge of secretary job;
4. Excellent English in both written and oral, TEM 8 is preferable.
