1、根据公司的发展规划，编制招聘计划和实施细则；

2、招聘渠道的开发和维护，招聘流程的优化，提升招聘效率；

3、招聘信息的发布更新，筛选合格简历，邀约到场面试并负责面试；

4、负责建立并及时更新员工档案、员工花名册以及人员异动手续办理；

5、做好员工考勤统计、奖惩管理，并调查各部门对考勤、奖惩的执行情况

6、负责协助员工劳动关系的管理，并对产生的纠纷及其他相关问题进行妥善处理 ；

7、完成上级临时交代的任务。

8、需要负责公司行政相关事务

岗位要求：

1、年龄22-35岁，形像好，气质佳，衣着整齐大方得体；

2、大专及以上学历人力资源或相关专业，有半年以上工作经验者优先考虑；

3、具备超强的沟通、协调、应变、表达能力，耐心细致、负有责任心，具有亲和力，有团队协作精神；

4、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公室软件及熟练操作办公设备，具备基本的网络知识；

5.   接受大小周放假。
