职位描述：
⑴ 制定工作计划和工作程序，使仓储工作标准化、程序化，保证符合总部的审计要求。
⑵ 及时分析库存结构和未来库存计划的变化，调整采购或仓储计划，为上级决策提供依据。
⑶ 制定仓库的管理与规划，保证各种物料的存储需求和安全存放。
⑷ 结合工厂仓库条件和物料特点，制定各种物料的存放制度。
⑸ 下达工作计划，指挥、组织下属人员完成仓储计划，保证公司的需要。
⑹ 根据工厂的人力资源管理政策，公平评估所属员工的工作绩效，提出下属人员配置、员工奖惩、晋升与降级方案，并制定长期继任计划，培育后备力量。
⑺ 加强与所属员工的沟通、指导员工制定发展计划，提高员工的总体素质，鼓励他们参与工厂的管理。
⑻ 确保本仓库与其它相关部门及部门内部良好的沟通渠道与合作关系，建立相互信任及融洽的工作团队。
⑼ 指导、监督所属员工的活动符合安全、环境要求，积极参与安全、环境活动，解决存在的安全、环境问题。
⑽ 完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格要求：
⑴ 大专及以上学历，物流管理或相关专业；
⑵ 至少3年快消行业原料仓主管级以上管理经验，对原料仓的业务流程相当熟悉；一定的国际贸易知识和商务惯例；较全面的储运管理知识；较高的物理、化学性能知识；一定的财务知识。
