Responsibility:

• Take lead to handling non-conformity of product and material quality during manufacturing, in process quality control,
• Responsible for quality assurance of all process in manufacturing area from SMT, soldering, assembly, OBA, to match customer requirement,
• Coordination and follow up improvement actions regarding customer audit, certification audit (QEMS), internal audit findings, and verification of effectiveness of all corrective & preventive actions,
• Conduct failure analysis for in-process defects, and drive internal team to take corrective & preventive actions,
• Lead to figure out QCP for new products, and prepare quality inspection instructions etc,

Requirements & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or above and major in Machinery, Electronics or related fields,
• 5+ years of working experience of quality management in commercial manufacturing industry,
• Problem solving tools: 8D, 5why, DOE, QC 7tools, ANoVA etc.,
• Lean & 6 sigma experience preferred,
• Good at English
• Excel, ppt, share point,
• Data analysis
• Industrial background (commercial electrical such as: remote, mobile phone or others),
• Know well SMT, wave soldering, assembly process,
• Reliability test,
• Calibration,
• Strong communication skills,
• Proactive,
