职位描述：
This position is 6 months' contract.

Responsibility:
- Brief product designs to vendors for sampling, and work with vendors to get initial sample correct and in time
- update quotations with vendors, evaluate cost effective to products, and correctly enter into system
- Sample trip to go through the details with suppliers, search for available options of cost saving, and communicate with line manager and UK buyers to finalize the best option
- Price negotiation with vendors
- Create orders in system, allocate capacity with factory, set up product development critical path
- Liaise with package dept, technical dept to develop the packages in time in accordance to agreed critical path
- Progress sample approval from initial to pre-production, and gold seal in liaison with UK buyer and technologists.
- Monitor delivery, shipment booking, QC inspection with internal & external functional dept to ensure delivery on time
- Weekly shipment review to ensure shipment reports updated correctly in system

Requirement:
- 2-3 years above working experience in related sourcing company, buying office or factory background
- Commercial acumen, understanding of product development practices
- Production & Operations Management, production planning and scheduling
- Good customer needs analysis, data analysis and reporting 举报 分享
