主要职责
Responsibilities include:
● 产生销售机会 Lead generation
● 建立和创意、媒体、后期以及品牌的关系 Relationship building with creative and media agencies, post production and brands
● 协调整个多组织的决策流程 Coordinate multi-party decision making where brands and agencies are both involved
● 使用在广告圈的网络教育市场 Using your advertising/marketing/production network to educate the industry to move forward
● 演示并销售壹传云的在线传输功能 Demonstrate and sell the the IMD Cloud Online delivery solution
● 销售行为和销售机会管理 Sales activity and pipeline management
● 发现拓展市场的机会 Identify marketing opportunities
● 共同打造壹传云的品牌 Grow the Group IMD brand with the China National Sales Director
Requirement:
● 曾经至少在一个以上的广告代理公司工作,处理电视视频相关的业务 have been working with more than one China local agencies for TV and video field. She/he can be working in the below parties
● 可以是在媒体公司做TP、SP等Media Agency as either Tactical Planning or Strategic Planning
● 可以是在创意公司做客户代表或者制片类的 Creative Agency as Account or Producers.
● 可以在跨国代理或者本地代理公司做相关电视类的 Prefer local agencies, with some TV production/investment background
● 如果曾经在北京和上海都工作过更好 Prefer who has worked in both Beijing and Shanghai
● 具有较强的管理及沟通能力,可以处理在不同地点的客户和同事的协同工作,并可以面对不同层级的人员 Strong people management skills to deal with a variety of colleagues and customers in different locations and different levels of seniority
● 在全球范围内的不同文化背景条件下,具有和不同层级管理人员共同工作的能力 Must be comfortable working with a wide range of people from junior to senior management levels, different cultural backgrounds and on a global level
● 快速学习能力 A quick learner with an enquiring mind
● 能够在正常工作时间以外工作 Willing to work and travel outside of normal working hours when required
● 面对问题可以快速思考并提出相对应的方案和建议 Ability to think quickly and problem solve to workaround issues
● 无论是和团队一起还是自己单独工作时,具备高效的自我时间管理 Take initiative and manage time effectively either in a team or as an individual
● 在没有监管的情况下,较强的自觉工作能力 Ability to work independently and unsupervised
● 最好具有基础的音频和视频技术 Basic understanding of video and audio technology an advantage
● 对B2B销售领域的工作充满兴趣和意愿 Strong interests and willingness to expand to business to business sales field
