Job Responsibilities:

Resolution of first and second level support calls.
Supporting and maintaining in-house desktop infrastructure including deploying, configuring, diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop PCs, peripheral devices and ensuring optimal performance.
Problem management and reporting.
User and network system administration.
Application installation for desktop environment including Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat X, Lotus Notes 9.0.1 and other in-house applications.
Backups and restores.
Maintenance of hardware register.
Organising of audiovisual equipment, including videoconferencing and WebEx collaboration tools.
Application support for the firm’s case management system for both internal and external client users.
Troubleshoot issues with the case management system and resolve or escalate as necessary.
Beta test and provide feedback for applications and technologies that are being tested.

Candidate Requirement:

5 to 6 years’ experience in supporting Windows 7 remotely.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Good understanding of systems architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Good negotiation, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to analyse and diagnose technical problems.
Able to build rapport with our diverse internal client base.
Able to work both within a team and independently to resolve complex issues.
Able to liaise and collaborate with all Fragomen staff locally and internationally.
Demonstrating accuracy, organization skills, attention to detail and flexibility within tasks
Self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Ability to assume responsibility for all delegated work and projects and follows process through to completion.
