职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and tax process, and timely accurate calculation of quarterly incentive and year-end bonus.
Handle employee benefit issue on social insurance and housing.
Work with accounting to provide cost allocation, monthly accruals.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
Support phantom share plan from Fletcher Building.
Provide statistics report to government departments.
Support yearly plan on salary and expense.
Support HR project ie. payroll integration, payroll outsourcing, Workday(HRIS)
Support team day to day operation on report consolidation and data analysis.
Other assignments and projects upon request.

Technical Competencies:
Bachelor degree, an equivalent experience in payroll and C&B area.
At least 3 years solid experiences in salary calculation/tax declaration for local employee and expatriates, as well as in handling social insurance and housing issue.
Knowledge of understanding labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Payroll technical knowledge – legal and contractual obligations understood
Basic accounting (coding and reconciliation skills)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience on project ie ERP, payroll integration, payroll outsourcing can be preferred.
