PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement APAC HR strategy and China strategy HR part in Guangzhou CS Shared Service center.
2. Local insight of talent markets movement, cultural differences, market C&B practices etc.
3. Provide support to the management and drive best practices in respect of recruitment, including organization and job design and preparation of position descriptions, candidate screening, and manager coaching on interview techniques, reference checking, and HR induction for new recruits.
4. Provide advice and support on people-related issues to team managers and all employees in Guangzhou offices.
5. Day to Day HR activities such as employee in and out; labor contract sign-off and renewal; daily attendance report; OT management; Annual Leave summary and planning etc.
6. Leave management for all China employees.
7. Employee wellbeing via RS club activities such as birthday celebration, holiday celebration and other inspirational activities within budget.
8. Participate as member of ad hoc HR project teams.
9. Act as champion for development of high performance, passionate and engaged workforce
10. Provide change management support for organizational initiatives.
11. Drive high performance organization in Guangzhou by providing coaching and feedback to managers, advising on performance issues, monitoring performance and development plans, and championing a high performance culture.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
? Preferably degree qualified (Human Resources discipline desirable, but not essential)
? Sound knowledge of employment law and statutory requirements in the geography.
? 6-8 years HR experience, 2-3 years at HR Business Partner/Manager level.
? Sound business acumen and understanding of the value chain.
? Excellent interpersonal communication and coaching skills
? Ability to build credibility and deliver results with integrity
? Hands on.
