职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
v Demand Forecast Management:
? Lead monthly forecast review meetings, and challenge demand forecast appropriately with commercial team;
? Recommmend appropriate demand forecasting methodology; adjust forecast appropriatedly and fix demand plan by signing off the agreed forecast with commercial team;
v Supply Planning Management:
? Optimize the stocking policy/supply strategies as per the demand nature; escalate any potential long-term supply constraint;
? Firm production plan (fix Planned Order) for Panyu produced products, and/or firm replenishment plan (release Purchase Order) for Regional Distribution Center (RDC) as per the validated demand forecast, customer order and stock situation on the assigned product family to balance Customer Service satisfaction and Inventory level with optimized use of the Production Capacity;
? Work with MPS team and other planner to optimize the use of production capacity; manage supply exceptions that might impact on-time production with buying/purchasing team, and production team (RM/PKG delay, short term capacity shortfall), make proposal/decision and implement properly;
? Manage supply of the actual demand by confirming the supply availability of customer orders; communicate timely with CSR and commercial team in case of any supply changes which might impact the customer order fulfillment (eg. Promise date change); Solving the issues proactively;
v Inventory Management:
? Owner of inventory target for the assigned product family; monitor and balance inventory level with service level;
? Manage aging stock situation (Slow move, non move, high cover), and push for reduction with related stakeholder and monitor/report the reduction progress;
? Manage block stock, expired & expiring stock, slow-moving & Non-moving stock and lead reduction plan with related stakeholder;
? Manage RM inventor level and monitor the purchase activities executed by Buying Team;
v Other duties:
? Maintain planning related parameters in SAP;
? Back up other supply planners;
? Other duties assigned by line manager;
? Ensure self behavior compliance with EHS/HR/Company regulations, etc

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
College degree or above
Major in Logistics/SCM preferred
Experiences:
More than 2 years experience in PMC or SCM
Know-how/skills:
? Strong data analysis skill
? Fluent Engilish in writing and oral
? Proficiency in appropriate SAP modules and GMIS modules
? Excellent skill of MS Office
