职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1) Financial analysis for sales team
2) Perform cost analysis and provide valuable recommendations to each Division and plant manager including cost variance, overhead and other operating expense analysis.
3) Participate in SAP ERP and BI project as per global request and schedule.
4) Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position / target variance analysis. Monitor variances, identify trends and recommend actions.
5) Participate in annual budget preparation.
6) Evaluate critical process to ensure proper accounting guidelines have been followed.
7) Review and ensure compliance of global financial standard and legal requirements
8) Prepare local financial reports, charts, statistic reports to government and other reports as requested by manager.
9) Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them.
                                                               
Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree in Accounting;
2) English CET- 4 level or above;
