职位描述：
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise planners daily operation, help teammates grow and build up individual competence and to achieve team target.
2. Initiates and optimizes the forecast/ demand planning/supply planning process with related functions, e.g. sales, PM, controlling, etc.
3. Optimizes regional inventory structure both on FG and component, own warehouse & supplier side.
4. Streamline supplier management process and to manage supplier.
5. Lead planner to better support both standard product NPI and customization projection.
6. Initiates and optimize business analysis and reporting process.
7. Support other functions' project where needed.

Job Requirement:
1. Supply Chain related knowledge
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills
3. Good leadership skill
4. Good Spoken & Written English
