职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Work with Management team to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant and current health, safety and environmental legislation, and global HSE Standard;
2. Work with Management team to develop and maintain HSE Management system according to ISO14001 & OHSAS18001;
3. Push the implementation of HSE procedures at site level;
4. Responsible for updating management of any change that may affect the organization and their individual responsibilities outlined in the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies;
5. To prepare and submit incident statistics that can be used by the Company to set meaningful objectives achievable within realistic timescale;
6. Work with HR to develop and maintain HSE training system to improve HSE competency of all employees.
7. To liaise with the enforcing authorities and to maintain a good working relationship with them;
8. To routinely and effectively communicate HSE programs and Policies to all associates including management;
9. To conduct evaluations of HSE related risk at the site level, identify specific issues and facilitate actions that address those issues;
10. To perform HSE reviews including fire prevention for equipment design, layout, equipment installation and any other project requiring HSE involvement;
11. To identify, record and follow up any HSE problem relating to the product, process and quality system;
12. Conduct routine and irregular HSE inspection, follow up problem raised during the inspection;
13. Other tasks or duties as assigned.


Required Skills:
1. 4 years above industrial experience of a Senior HS & E function.
2. Able communicate with all levels in the organization both oral and written;
3. Positive proactive attitude to all relevant health, safety and environmental matters;
4. Ability to design and carry out basic HS & E training for all staff and hourly employees;
