职位描述
岗位职责：
1、前台总机接听、来访人员接待工作；
2、采购收货、收发快递；
3、员工午餐订餐；
4、员工班车管理；
5、公司名片印刷；
6、公司出差人员的机票、火车票、酒店预订。
任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，行政管理类专业；
2、有前台相关工作经验，优秀的应届生也可考虑；
3、熟练办公软件操作与应用；
4、有团队合作精神、有责任心，良好的沟通表达能力，听从上级领导安排。
上班时间：5天8小时（周末双休），假期按照法定假日放假。
