职位描述：
Job Purpose
- Lead and build a strong financial planning, analysis and controlling team and make team work like business partner to support the decision-making of the steering team in an effective and efficient way.
- Build comprehensive budget mechanism and conduct its continuous improvement.
- Conduct multidimensional and value-added analysis to Management team.
- Conduct financial controlling including advance-reminding, in process controlling and post analysis and follow-up.
- Setup and maintain SOP and analysis templates in Financial Analysis team.
- Align with IT and accounting to conduct BI or other system on-line implementation.

Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for comprehensive budget management for the group.
- Review and approve the submission of the Monthly Management Review report.
- Review and approve the submission of the new open store profitability analysis, store renovation analysis, store closure analysis.
- Review and Monitor retail stores performance through traffic light mechanism. Align with operation for action plans.
- Review and Monitor the financial performance of other channels like franchisee, E-commerce etc.
- Conduct Variance Analysis between Act vs Budget vs Prior year.
- SOP setup and maintainance in Financial Analysis team.
- Perform the Top-line analysis including Sales & GP. Middle line analysis including a variety of expenses. And Bottom Line analysis of Profitability.
- Any value-added analysis required by management on a timely basis.
- Talents development and on-the-job-training for the team members.
- Other Adhoc tasks assigned by management.

Key Skills / Attributes / Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business analysis related majors.
- Master's degree or MBA from famous universities will be considered as an advantage.
- Related professional certificate & designation as CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA is highly preferred
- At least 5 years+ working experience and at least 3 years+ management experience in FP&A field desirable from the sizable retail or FMCG MNCs.
- Strong business acumen and cross-department communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office software. Expert in Excel. Strong financial modeling capacity.
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with BI or ERP system.
- Autonomous, pro-active, self-starter, and willing to challenge the status quo.
