JOB SCOPE
Implement company policies, procedures and programs in Health, Safety and Social Compliance; Assist factories in GuangDong to achieve operation sustainability.
完善公司在职业健康、安全、合规等方面的制度与流程，协助工厂保持运营的稳定性

工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Responsible for the management of safety, health & e***ironment within the facility
    负责生产安全、消防及环境管理工作
2. Assistant to ensure the plants complying with the related laws of e***ironment, fire prevention and health
    协助上级，确保工厂符合环保、消防、职业健康等相关法律法规。
3. I***olved to i***estigate any work/non-work incidents and drive for improvement and future accident prevention
    参与工伤或非工伤的事故调查，推动改善与未来事故预防
4. Work out the safety inspection plan and conduct timing inspection
    制定安全检查计划，并执行定期的检查
5. Conduct related training to the coworkers on safety, e***ironment and health
   对员工进行安全、环保与职业健康等相关培训
6. Establish and implement coporate H&S program
    推进和执行集团的健康安全管理系统
7. Followup the regular testing of special equipment and keep the record and related document
    跟进特种设备的年检，管理相关的资料及年检记录
8. Followup regular occupational health risk factor monitoring and annual health checkup
    跟进职业健康危险因素监测及职业健康体检
9. Review and improve emergency response plan and conduct emergency response drill.
    检讨和改进应急响应计划，并组织应急演练
10. Ensure company's Health & Safety related licenses, permits are valid
    确保公司有关安全环保方面的证照处于有效期内
11. Complete the tasks assigned by superior
     完成上级安排的其他任务
Note:This position is mainly responsible for "occupational health and safety", but need to assist other EHS duties when required.
注：本岗位主要负责“职业健康与安全”为主，必要时协助EHS部门其他工作。

职位要求
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Very familiar to the station laws of E***ironment, Healthy and safety, as well as the social compliance and C-TPAT
    熟悉国家环保、职业健康、安全等法规，以及社会责任、C-TPAT等
2.Experienced in energy saving and waste reduction and continuance improvement on EHS
   具有节能、废弃物减排、及EHS持续改善经验
3.Majored in safety/e***ironment with certificated engineer is preferred
   安全或环境工程专业，并持相关职业资格着优先
4. Minimum 5 years' related experience in manufacturing field.
    制造业5年以上相关工作经验
5. Hardworking with great passion and serious attitude
    有激情、严肃的工作态度，工作勤奋
6. Good communication skills and team player.
