职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、 Customers order management and fulfilment by using SAP system.
用SAP系统管理客户订单和完善客户资料
2、 Handle customer order, delivery and complaint.
负责客户订单处理，运输协调和投诉处理
3、 Coordinate with Fi***ce Department on VAT, Import duty, and Fee payments.
协助财务部门开具增值税发票，关税处理和跟踪客户付款情况
4、 Assist in the reconciliation on excisable/bonded products.
协助进行应税产品和保税产品的协调
5、 Work closely with Sasol supply chain team in other countries to facilitate order processing.
与沙索集团在其他国家的供应链团队紧密合作促进订单处理流程
6、I***entory management and internal communication.
负责库存管理和与内部各相关部门之间的沟通协调
7、Interface with 3rd party logistics providers including contract related issues.
负责对接第三方物流供应商包括合同相关事宜
8、Provide logistic support on new projects including development and implementation of new supply chains.
给新项目提供物流支持包括开发和补充新的供应链
9、Adhere to procedures and ensure compliance with audit protocol.
遵照流程并确保审计工作的顺利进行
10、 Assist in month end closing and reporting.
协助进行月底结算和报告


Qualifications:
1、 College and /or University Graduate, major in International Trade or Logistics.
大专或以上文凭，国际贸易或物流专业优先
2、 2-3 years of working in customer services, logistics coordination or relevant position in forwarding sector.
2-3年相关领域客户服务，物流协调等相近岗位工作经验
3、 Good knowledge of imports and exports procedures and documentation.
熟悉进出口流程和文件处理
4、 Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
熟悉微软办公软件（Word, Excel and PowerPoint）操作
5、 Proficient in both written and oral Chinese and English.
良好的中英文书写和口语能力
6、 Meticulous with accuracy to documentation and information.
能够严谨精确的处理文件信息
7、 Possess good interpersonal, organisational and coordination skills.
拥有良好的人际关系处理，组织和协调能力
8、Independent and with the sense of responsibility
