职位描述：
职位说明：
1、格执行直接主管的工作指令及公司各项财务政策及规章制度，提供财务方面的协助和支持。
2、整理录入电脑财务数据，保证财务科目和金额的正确性；并确保帐帐相符，协助上报财务报告。
3、确保备存妥善的会计记录(包抬但不限于会计凭证、会计账簿及其它会计资料等)。
4、及时处理直接主管交办的各项日常工作，做好办事处管理及相关行政协调工作，做好文件收发、传递、整理、归档等，随时向直接主管汇报工作中存在的问题以便及时处理解决。
5、参与固定资产的清查盘点,分析固定资产的使用效果,促进固定资产的合理使用,提高固定资产利用率.
6、随时了解并向直接主管汇报各项财务政策，以便公司及时调整相关政策及制度等，确保公司规范合法运作。
7、不断学习并提高各项业务技能，随时向直接主管提出工作改进计划或建议，提高工作效率，改进工作质量。
8、培养良好的职业道德，对公司的各种机密信息严格保密。

职位要求：
1、大专或大专以上学历，会计、财务管理专业优先
2、中文熟练，英语阅读、书写熟练
3、熟悉掌握《中华人民共和国会计法》、《企业财务计报告条例》、《企业会计制度》财务管理技能；熟悉各项财务政策。
4、至少3年以上会计工作经验，熟悉当地会计及财务管理政策、法律法规及办事流程，熟练处理贸工局、财政局、当地海关、国税局、工商局及外汇局的事务。
5、OFFICE办公软件操作熟练，包括WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等
6、良好的职业道德和工作心态、组织协调能力强。 举报 分享
