职位描述：
1. You will plan, implement and manage all organization activities in relation to Quality Management.
2.You will lead a team of Quality Assurance Managers, Engineers and Inspectors – identifying key hiring positions, developing staff, managing performance and maintaining the Quality Control process.
3.You will constantly achieve improvement through data analysis, reporting, customer satisfaction and working in partnership with other Department Heads.
4. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
5. You will successfully pass internal and external manufacturing audits to ensure compliance with regulatory / legal requirements such as CQC, UL and CE.
6. You will closely evaluate and report on Supplier Quality systems.

Your Skills
1. You have tremendous passion for delivering continuous improvement.
2. You are highly experienced in QC tools, FMEA, 8D, PCBA and System Assembly Process Quality Control.
3. You take great pride in delivering excellent customer service.
4. You enjoy the responsibility of being a leader and take great pride in the performance of your team.
5. You are an excellent communicator in both English and Mandarin and love to inspire others.
