Customer Service Agent (CSA)客户服务助理

Job Description:

1. Perform passenger handling functions and related aircraft operational issues on shifts.
2. Liaise with and supervise service partners on all matters pertaining to passenger services, ramp activities & security.
3. Assist in the performance of administrative assignments.
4. Assume any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. University graduates with bachelor degree, relevant customer service experience preferred.
2. Pleasant personality, strong teamwork spirit, customer orientation and communication skills.
3. Proficient in PC applications.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese is a bonus.
5. A fast learner, hardworking and works well under pressure.
6. Willing to work on shifts at the airport, and be recalled when necessary, for instance, in cases of flight disruptions, diversions etc. 举报 分享
