Great opportunity to work with one of Australia's rapidly evolving businesses, creating awesome, innovative online skill and casino hybrid games. Royal Wins is looking for a talented, creative, and highly organised Fulltime 3D Animator with demonstrable 3D animation experience to take on a major role in building our next generation of online games. To succeed in this role, you should have outstanding 2D & 3D animation skills along with a proven track record in post-production, rigging, skinning, rendering and lighting for games. The successful candidate will work with our art and design teams in both Guangzhou and Sydney, fully understand all products and solutions, collaborate and report to leaders and managers to coordinate, track, and guide activities of our development to ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.
 
Essential Duties:

? Strong 3D rigging and animation skills;
? Animating characters, environments and props;
? Strong rendering, lighting and VFX skills;
? Strong understanding of post-production with skills in cinematography and tools such as Premiere and After Effects;
? Creating storyboards and animatics that depict the script and narrative;
? Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images (the animatic) and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements;
? Animating facial animation for recordings of dialogue and working with editors to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece;

 Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:

? Minimum of 2-3 yrs experience in animation, rigging and compositing;
? Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop CC;
? Manage time effectively & productively within a team environment;
? Effectively communicate with & contribute to your team;
? Experience with compositing in Adobe After Effects and Premiere;
? Proven formal experience in 3D animation;
? Must be very creative;
? Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines;
? Must be able to work flexible hours;
? Meticulous, with an eye for detail;
? Unrelenting self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative.
