职位描述：
Construction Project Manager 工程项目经理（装修及维护）
 
工作地点：广州（负责广州佛山EF学校的装修及后期维护）
 
Project Manager is responsible for all construction processes prior to the opening of Learning Centers. This includes floor plan design, check the fire protection system design and duct system design, quotation comparison & check, vendor select, contract negotiation, construction site inspection & check, rolling door installation, door frame design and build out, whole project build-out and quality check. Project Manager will coordinate closely with the Regional Directors, Site Selection Managers and Maintenance Supervisor in terms of implementing the lease agreement, communicating with landlord to get various approval to start construction, center design, and with the Center Managers of the new Learning Centers in terms of fit out and hand-over processes. The Project Manager will monitor and supervise the construction team and work on several projects in Shenzhen simultaneously.
 
The Project Manager has the following specific responsibilities:
 
General
l Prepare, circulate and control the timeline of each project immediately after the lease is signed.
l Establish, update and keep up with the construction manual guidelines
l Tightly control the construction cost within our budget.
l Closely check and negotiate with various construction related quotes and terms
 
Build-Out
l Manage entire build out process, control various costs to ensure within build out budget
l draft and coordinate site design work
l compare & select various construction related vendor (together with Real Estate Director)
l supervise and monitor the whole construction project
l communicate closely with the management company to ensure the smooth completion of the project
l Manage and coordinate build out, fire approval (together with Real Estate Director)
l Coordinate furniture requisitioning and delivery (together with Real Estate Director)
l Coordinate center hand-over to CMs after construction completed (together with Center Manager)
 
Required Criteria:
l Minimum 2 years working experience as project supervisor in construction company or chain store companies.
l Minimum 2 years on site project supervision experience.
l Minimum 1 year interior design experience in commercial construction project
l College English Test Band Four
l Skillfull in AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3D DESIGN
 
 

 
工程项目主管负责广州佛山地区的所有工程项目。包括跟进平面图进程，就我方标准工程条件和业主谈判，施工现场视察和检查，以及跟进整个项目的建设周期和质量把控。同时工程项目经理将监测和监督施工队伍并同时负责深圳各校的各项维护工程。
 
工程项目主管具有以下职责：
租约一经签订，马上准备，分发和控制时间表
严格控制建设成本
管理整个建设过程，控制各种费用
与施工单位密切沟通，以确保施工项目按期完成
管理和协调建设，消防审批
协调家具订购与交付
建设完成后完成与校长的移交手续
 
职位要求：
1，良好的沟通和协调能力
2，2年以上现场施工管理经验
