职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.依据年度人力资源需求计划，并与各部门进行沟通，分析公司人力资源需求，拟定招聘计划，完成日常招聘工作；
2.完善公司招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程；
3.开发、评估并维护各类招聘渠道资源；
4.负责日常简历筛选、面试、背景调查等事务；
5.建立、规范及完善人才储备机制；
6.实施人才市场调研，了解人才需求状况和业内人才动态；
7. 辅助总监推动薪酬、企业文化、员工关系、绩效考核等模块的有效运作；
8.完成总监交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
1.人力资源管理或相关管理专业本科及以上学历；
2.六年以上人力资源从业经验，招聘工作经验者优先；
3.具有良好的职业操守和沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作意识；
4.有较强的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力；
5.熟练操作办公软件，良好的英文听说读写及文书写作能力。
