OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- This position is mainly responsible for Setup/Maintain the customer satisfaction management process, leading problem solving analysis after customer concerns, leading both corrective and preventive actions for all items affecting our customer satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup/Maintain the customer satisfaction management process
- Co-operate with other department leaders to optimize the process for continuous improvement
- Leading problem solving analysis after customer concerns, driving both corrective and preventive actions for all items affecting our customer satisfaction level (Customer KPI)
- Ensure effective communication of information between customer and internal teams.
- Lead of Customer Quality Visits
- Complete frequent control plan audits together with Production Quality group to ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints
- Maintain the documents/data of complaint management, including Lessons learned from all Concerns, complaints.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- - Educational: Major in engineering with Bachelor’s degree or above
- - Experience: Over 5 years of experience in related works (Customer Service / Customer Quality / Aftersales preferred)
- Working experiences in Germany or German company is preferred
- Customer service and satisfaction oriented
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and product processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated and sense of responsibility/urgency
- Good analytical skill
- Willing to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skill
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Good command of German in speaking and writing is preferred
- Good command of MS Tools
