职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure continuously drive business process improvement and project successful implementation.
2. Ensure system (Starnet & e-Commerce) enhancement mapping with business development.
3. Analyze issues, evaluate business change request, provide solutions e.g. system changes, procedure adjustment, system functionality enhancement, development of new tools etc.
4. Keep in close contact with business users to learn business requirements.
5. Coordinate with core system IT, correctly translate business development requirement with on Starnet and assist user to prepare Development/Modification request.
6. Coordinate new project successful implementation, collect feedback and prepare post report.
7. Maintain Current different local software. Update/modify/ develop as user's new Requirement.
8. Manage users’ expectation, vendor schedule, service level and commitments.
9. Procedure standardization and alignment.
10. Information sharing (e.g. best practice).

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines is preferable.
2. 3 years experiences and knowledge in Liner Shipping business process and documentation is a must. Experience in technical/software support is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills, experience in coordinating system development projects or writing and collating business requirement is highly regarded.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. CET-6, good command of both oral and written English.
6. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in operating various office software and better to have computer hardware and software knowledge. Familiarity with EDI & SQL related knowledge is also desirable.
7. Ability of Analysis and problem solving.
8. Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season. 举报 分享
