For Digital Ad Insight 网络数据分析专员(网络广告)
The Role:
The Ad Insights Team is the central hub for all research data and information. The team is responsible for providing insightful knowledge and information for the national sales and accounts team. Therefore, the role requires a blend of technical, business and communication skills; in particular, statistical concepts and their commercial application, Ad operation systems and relational databases, as well as strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide regular KPI and monthly reporting to account managers and sales planners.
? Develop and present ad hoc analytical reports request by stakeholder teams.
? Assist with research projects for internal and external purposes.
? Analyze and synthesize learning’s from research, drawing strategic conclusions and recommendations that are meaningful, actionable and will help drive business growth.
Skills and Experience Required:
? Relevant tertiary qualifications required. Math/Statistics/Business/Economics or other analytical focus preferred. Background knowledge in marketing/digital media would be advantageous but is not essential.
? Competent in English, both in reading, listening, written and speaking are essential.
? Highly effective and logical communication style to present findings and articulate insights from data.
? Solid experience working in with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Google Analytics and SQL Query writing would be desirable.
? Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail.
? Strong organizational skills. Able to multitask, self-prioritizes, work under deadlines, and be flexible with changing priorities.
? Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
? Passion for the online environment and digital technology.
