Qualification & Experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Applications, Visual Basic, XML and Citrix
? Proven field based experience of installations, configurations, server and network management
? Working knowledge of the construction industry an advantage
? ERP experience as an advantage, e.g. SAP, Oracle and etc.
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Fluent English speaking, able to work for international business
? An ability to be proactive, solve complex problems and work unsupervised

Skills & others:
? An ability to understand and accurately interpret customer requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations

职位要求:
Role responsibilities:
1.Implement and manage the installation, data migration, configuration and server and network compatibility interface of RIB software at client sites
2.Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
3.Deliver an excellent consultancy regarding all technical areas like Hardware Sizing, Networks, VPN, Web technology, data base management(Oracle, SQL), backup scenarios
4.Develop training manuals and IT scripts, processes and procedures 举报 分享
