客户服务-作为客户和公司之间的联系，确保和维护高标准的客户端项目交付
通过业务发展研究开发新的业务和经常项目，以创造销售增长。
与生产部和其他合同方紧密合作，提供高质量的产品
根据市场趋势监测和推荐合适的市场实现
招聘员工并监督绩效
准备并提交财务报告、预算和月度管理报告
职位要求
商业学位，市场学专业(金融方面的辅修)
对中国的品牌和营销有很强的了解
在理解业务操作方面有良好的记录
优秀的人际交往能力，包括人员管理，以及书面和口头沟通技巧
能够在高压力环境下进行动态工作
有管理经验者优先
熟练使用办公软件(Powerpoint、Excel等)
流利的英语和普通话
Responsibilities
Client servicing – Act as liaison between client and the company to ensure and maintain a high standard of client project delivery
Develops both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales.
Work closely with production and other contractual parties to deliver high quality products
Monitor & recommend suitable marketing implementations according to market trends
Recruit staff and monitor performance
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and monthly management report
Requirement
Business Degree , Major in Marketing (Minor in Finance will be advantageous)
Strong understanding of Branding & Marketing landscape in China
A proven track record in understanding business operations
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels; including people-management, and both written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, able to take on a dynamic job scope and perform under high-stress environment
Some management experience is preferred
Proficient in Office software (Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
