JOB TITLE & SUMMARY

# E-commerce Operation Specialist / Part Time Job with German eCommerce Company
# We are looking for a part-time student who can come to our office 2-3 times a week to help us work on our online store and could also work several hours / week in the evening from home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

# Answer customer requests / inquiries via email in English
# Prepare products for shipment (this is only when at the office 2-3 times per week) and communicate with logistics company
# Order new products if out of stock (either online or from a wholesale market near Huangsha)

# If you do a good job and like it, this position could turn into a full-time position after you graduate - you would be fully responsible for one of our shops with a profit share

DEPARTMENT & SUPERVISOR
# Department Manager (>> communication in English)

LOCATION:
# Our Office is located near the East Train Station in Tianhe

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
# University student
# You are free at least 2, better 3 afternoon per week
# You speak fluently Mandarin and have very good English skills (written)
# You are well-organized and very reliable and can work independently
# You are detail- and result-oriented with the ability to multi-task and take the right decisions in an independent manner
