· 接受设备安装维修等信息，跟踪确认并管理。

· 提供技术支持。包括配件确认，电话指导维修，技术资料提供等

· 协助服务人员处理一些棘手的问题。

· 不定期进行客户回访，交流设备使用情况。 1.机械/机电相关专业 2.了解机电设备使用及维修原理 3.有激情，踏实认真，善于交流
