职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES岗位职责
1. Work closely with function teams to perform continuous improvement for the quality, material saving of Painting process;
     与职能部门紧密协作，在喷漆工艺的品质、降低成本方面持续改善。
2. Solve the process and machine problem of the Painting
     解决喷漆的制程与制造问题
3. Help to statistic and analyse the related data
    协助统计分析相关数据
4.Familiar with glue storage method and characteristic ,such as epoxy resin adhesive ,UV bond , etc.
    熟悉树脂胶,UV胶的特性及配制方法
5.Be familiar with daily storage method of glue, Have rich experience in the case of glue beyond validity, failure and other abnormal conditions
   熟悉胶水的日常存贮方法，对胶水超出有效期、失效等异常情况有丰富的经验
6.With experience in glue property improvement is better
   胶水性能改良有经验更佳
7. Daily work reporting to PIE Manager.
    向工程部经理汇报日常工作

QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求
1. College degree in mechanical engineering or related major.
    大专以上学历，机械制造或工程类相关专业
2. Minimum 3 years related experience in manufacturing field.
   三年以上制造业相关工作经验
3. Good written English is preferred. Be familiar with Microsoft Office.
    英语读写流利者优先，熟练使用办公软件
4. Prefer to be familiar with painting processes.
     熟悉喷漆、喷涂工艺者优先
5. Good communication skills, open-minded.
