Essential Responsibilities

·Developing clear, creative strategies from complex marketing objectives and content.

·Craft annual integrated communications strategy for the company, including marketing, PR, digital, and event,to both internal and external audience.

·Engage in potential Branded project to increase brand exposure.

·All matters relating to the media, e.g. issue press release, media visits/photography, interviews, etc.

·Assist to develop and implement company's overall strategic public relations which include media relations, community relations, internal communications and investor relations.

·Deliver message to the public maintain publicity on a regular basis via media activities and annual events

·Conduct crisis communications, approve media releases and Web content produced by staff, agencies and contractors. Act as focal point person for crisis management.

·Draft correspondence and media messages to meet needs at the request of Executive Director and senior staff members.

·Drive internal and external communications.

·Budgeting and cost tracking.

· Key message maintenance and update, regular meeting with senior management team for key message sync-up.

·Media strategy for domestic media as well as foreign correspondents.

·Build organization knowledge library, including research result database, researcher database, research paper database, technology transfer database, partner database, collaboration database, senior management database, spokesperson database, marketing/PR literature database, award database, etc.

·Support global communications activities

·Supervise the company display areas at reception area, demo room, and any communication channel.

·Deliver PR programs and projects.

·Drive up corporate image.

·Manage and liaise with different vendors.

·Build up image of company as the best employer and workplace for researchers and developers

Qualifications/Requirements

·5+ years'experience in advertising or marketing communications or related field

·Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field

·Strong communication capability under matrix structure

·Good copy writing skill in both English and Chinese

·Strategic thinker who excels at coming up with original ideas and is able to execute.

·Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·Experience and ability to engage with media in China region

·Excellent written and oral English communications skills required

·Excellent Chinese communications skills required

·Strong presentation, project management and business/development skills are essential

·Travel required

    华柏恩视觉研究中心（以下简称“中心”）的总部位于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学，分支及合作机构遍及全球主要国家，致力于视光学科研和教育的国际化发展。中心的前身是1975年成立于澳洲新南威尔士大学的视光学院角膜和角膜接触镜研究中心 (CCLRU) 。三十多年来，作为全球领先的视觉科技转化研究基地，中心研制出了对于眼保健具有划时代意义的科研技术成果，其中有代表性的如目前广泛用于角膜接触镜的硅水凝胶材料，以及近视周边像差控制技术等。
   广州市华柏恩视觉科技有限公司是华柏恩视觉研究中心于2012年在中国建立的第一家分支机构，并与中山大学中山眼科中心合作建立了“中澳眼视光学联合研发中心”（Australia China Centre for Optometry Research and Development, ACCORD），在综合临床研究 --尤其是新型角膜接触镜材料和眼科仪器及技术的研发等方面——开展多方面和跨学科的合作。
