职位描述：
人力资源主管 工作年限3-4年 薪资6000-8000
底薪+提成+奖金+补贴+工作餐+社保+各种随机福利+年终大奖
岗位职责：
1、制订公司用工制度、人事管理制度、劳动工资制度、人事档案管理制度、员工手册、培训大纲等规章制度、实施细则和人力资源部工作程序。
2、制订人力资源部专业培训计划并协助其它部门培训实施、考核。
3、负责在公司内外收集有潜力的和所需的人才信息并组织招聘工作。
4、组织办理员工绩效考核工作并负责审查各项考核、培训结果。
5、按工作程序做好与相关部门的横向联系，并及时对部门间争议提出界定要求。
7、了解人力资源部工作情况，收集分析公司人事、劳资信息并定期向总经理提交报告。
8、培训和发现人才，根据工作需要按照申请招聘、调配。
9、关心员工的思想、工作、生活。
10、配合完成公司交代的事宜。
任职要求：
1、男女不限，年龄在 23－45岁，工作经验2年以上；
2、HR专业岗位两年以上工作经验者优先；
3、大专以上学历；
