Responsibilities:
1.HQ AR invoicing to customers control and tax invoice control;
2.HQ AR receipts control;
3.HQ remittance data control – SAP;
4.HQ remittance arrangement – bank;
5.Customers’ credit control;
6.Tax reporting related to AR tax invoice and HQ remittance;
7.All kinds AR O/S reporting covering South China area;
8.Communication with Korea Headquarters, overseas subsidiary about accounting issue;
9.Other accounting duty and supervising (HQ AR/AP) covering branch offices in South China.
Requirements:
1.University diploma;
2.English Cert 6 or above;
3.Good PC skills;
4.High ability for time management (accounting closing / reporting etc.)
5.1+ year accounting experience;
6.SAP ERP system experience is preferred;
7.Good team working and can work under pressure.
