Territory management
Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
Identifying key influencers and achieving designated call expectations with a focus on top target customers.
Delivering product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits and services.
Agent/Hospitals/dermatologist/Pharmacist management
Set efficient visit plan and follow daily working report
Build up good relationship with KOLs and have the scientific communication ability
Understanding and addressing both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determining how products could address such needs.
Market Development
Be in charge of agent recruitment, evaluation, management and development
Develop new hospital POS in existed and new cities with daily visit and managing
Support & implement medical activities
Collect and feedback key competitor information
任职要求:
Medical related Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/health care industry sales experience required.
Dermatology experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to participate and work effectively on matrix teams in a collaborative and professional manner.
Effectively interact with targeted KOLs, informing/educating them about our products and enhancing medical image through effective sales presentations and cooperation.
Sales Ability/Persuasiveness. Strong Initiative. Competitive. Self-Motivator. Entrepreneurial Spirit.Strong Communicator. Analytical ability. Interpersonal effectiveness.
