Responsibilities:
a. Assist Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
b. Coordinate operations
c. Ensure workaround time and objectives are met
d. Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and demands
e. Secure adherence to company’s policies and procedures
f. Handle highly escalated cases and dispute
g. Improve customer service quality results
h. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Qualifications and Experience
a. Excellent decision making ability , strong leadership capacity, very keen to details thorough & analytical , highly independent, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proficiency in English & Chinese is a must,
b. degree holder in business related disciplines Willing to work on shifting schedule
c. Excellent analytical, observation and problem solving skills
d. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
e. 5-7 years relevant working experience
f. Able to work with minimal supervision
g. Should have strong knowledge of Customer Relation Management
