职位描述：
1、负责业户关系维护，楼宇巡查，装修管理巡查，物业催缴，业户投诉处理等相关工作。
2、负责及时派发各种费用的交费通知单，及时完成收缴各项物业管理费及其他费用。
3、负责办理业主入住手续及相关开户手续，办理业户室内装修申请及装修验收手续。
4、负责受理业户的各种报修及投诉并安排相关人员现场处理。
5、管辖区域内的楼宇巡视及整改监督，并提出整改建议。
6、负责业主/住户档案资料的管理与更新。


岗位要求：
1、商业大厦物业助理相关公司2年以及以上工作经验；
2、个性活泼，善于沟通交流；
