Responsibilities
Overall Job Function: Educates end users in the company's system functionality, ensure new system releases are fully understood utilized from the user perspective correctly. Ensure the system is maintained and monitored, and collaborate with the 3PL logistics provider regarding the optimal way to run their operations while meeting the H&M requirements
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
? Responsible to ensure operations at one of the three areas of company's Online 3PL facility are executed properly (inbound -- where the goods are received, quality controlled, unpacked and put away; outbound – where customer orders are picked, packed and shipped; and returns processing)
? Coordinates procedures together with Online Distribution Center Manager and assists in ensuring they are carried out properly with the 3PL provider
? Handles incidents, manages change requests and conducts acceptance testing on 3PL procedure modifications
? Executes, identifies and follows up on needs for developing users to achieve their full potential
? Ensures that all IT related security procedures and system updates and maintenance are being managed
? Supports and educates users in the company's system functionality by giving on-site training
? Informs all end users about any new releases and changes in functionality or procedures
? Ensures that the H&M system is used in the correct way by all end users
? Performs user level administrative work regarding the system
Requirements
? Education and Experience:
Above Bachelor degree
Warehouse working experience plus
? Knowledge and skills:
Fluent English speaking and excellent writing skills.
Good at using Microsoft office
? Competency:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mind and the ability take your learnings to actions.
Have a strong desire to find a solution and open minded.
Willing to take challenge and pressure
