Key Responsibilities:
? Ensuring the F&A processes are being performed in a standard way with high quality
? Constantly looking for improvements on the processes
? Effectively engaging with stakeholders and striving for better customer satisfaction
? Participating projects as required
? Coaching the team and ensuring sustainability for future development
Requirements:
? Willing to be seconded to Shanghai for 1 year (first year)
? 5 years relevant working experience
? Good written and oral English skill
? Experience with ERP system, preferably with JDE
? Lean, Six Sigma, Prince II, or similar skill will be a plus
