Responsibilities

• Develop quality requirements for outsourcing parts / components / materials.

• Perform outsourcing parts /materials /components reception inspection.
• Perform supplier evaluations including review of quality control plans, pre-production parts and process capabilities.
• Communicate with suppliers about quality problems caused by defective materials and follow up to handle.
• Confirm and control the status when the supplier changes the process and material
• Perform supplier audits & source inspections.
• Promote and follow up the systematic documents
• Respond to supplier suggestions for cost and improve quality.
• Coach suppliers to perform quality related improvement.
• Evaluate the suppliers monthly and annually.
• Promote and assist IQC team to verify the procedure of incoming materials.
• Handle and verify the non-conformity items.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering or related major.
• More than 8 years working experience with over 3 years working for foreign enterprise.
• SQE experience for mechanical parts, PCBA, plastic parts is a must, experience in R&D is preferable.
• Experience of working in machine producing or appliance producing company is preferable.
• Familiar with commodities electrical parts such as mechanical or solenoid valves, connectors or pumps PCBA and cables ect.
• Responsible, initiative, can withstand working pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both in English and in Chinese
• Problem solving skills
• Supplier audit & coach skills

Guangzhou Spengler Automated Vending Technologies R & D Co., Ltd was established in October 2005 and is located in the Guangzhou Science Park.

The company is engaged in the design and development of vending machines and equipment, researching related technologies and manufacturing vending machines for the global market.

Our vending machines provide hot and cold beverages, snacks and fresh foods for large, medium and small public areas. Spengler vending machines are well known for their high quality and technical standard.
