Responsibilities

• Work closely with project members to handle quality issues to smoothen the new project process Ensure that products reach the product specification.
• Participate in the compliance of corrective quality actions defined in quality meeting.
• Implement development and maintain Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Design & Process) in order to assure the quality of the products and updating all quality control plans.
• Coordinate and organize all engineering documentation related to the products.
• Provide all information needed to generate incoming inspection plans, process control plans and audit plans.
• Provide the effective suggestion for new project base on the quality control concept.
• Implement control plans based on product specification.
• Ensure all processes and products are established according to product specifications.
• Assure and validate critical operations. (Safety Standard Test)
• Coordinate actions to avoid failures in the product in order to assure quality output level, so quality objective could be reached.
• Maintain daily and weekly quality meeting, and define the corresponding corrective actions.
• Train the newly hired workers related to the new project.
• Coordinate an accurate implementation of engineering changes notices (ECN) and supporting the implementation of them in the shopfloor.
• Lead and promote cost reduction projects and implement it through projects managements.

Requirements

• BS Degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering or related major
• PQE experience with R&D or PE working background is a must, experience of working in machine producing or appliance producing company is preferable.
• At least 8 years working experience with over 3 years working for foreign enterprise
• Familiar with electromechanical components like pumps, solenoid valves, plastic part, metal part and catalogue commodities like motor, grinder, boiler, power transmission parts etc.
• Responsible, initiative, can withstand working pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in reading and written English, oral English is preferable.
