We are a fast growing German Multinational Company in China. Our China Headquarter is based in Guangzhou serving a group of 7 subsidiaries across China, and others Asia subsidiaries on need to basis. The AS400 Programmer shall work together with a team of young IT professional in our China HQ to fulfill the business requirement in ERP system, and make sure a successful delivery according to quality, strict deadlines, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

工作职责：

• Develop new AS400 programs and communicate with the support team to resolve questions as they arise.
• Modify existing programs (AS400) to resolve problems or add functionality based upon problems identified or enhancements received from support team.
• Research assignments and document all changes and enhancements and comply with the programming standards and other policies and procedures outlined in the Programming Handbook.
• Perform sufficient unit level testing to identify and resolve problems before the modification or enhancement.
• Provides Support during user testing (UAT).
• Scheduling the assigned tasks, timely escalation of issues and report the progress to management.
• Review applications / systems and provide recommendations to areas for improvement, including automation for manual tasks, perform modernization to existing programs as required to improve maintainability.
• Perform Change Management Process to ensure that version control is maintained on all programs, and ensure quality implementation.
• Provide training in areas of expertise and support for training documents necessary to assist clients as required.

• 对现有系统应用进行回顾核查，提出改善建议和方案，包括自动化处理、程序逻辑更新等以提高系统的可维护性和效率性。
• 严格按照变更管理流程来确保所有程序的版本和质量控制。
• 提供基于专业技能的培训和文档，满足客户的需求。

Requirements:

要求：

• Minimum of 3 years RPG programming experience.
• Good command of RPG programming language including SQL (ideally on DB2/AS400).
• Good command of the ISeries computing environment, command line.
• Good oral and written communication skills and documentation experience.
• Self-Motivated, excellent logic skills, ability to prioritize and well organized.
• Ability to retain and protect confidential material.
• Good command of English is a must.
• 至少三年以上的RPG程序开发经验。
• 精通RPG程序开发语言，包括SQL语句(熟练掌握DB2/AS400环境)。
• 精通ISeries环境的命令。
• 良好的口述和书写沟通技能、以及文档处理经验。
• 主动积极，良好的逻辑思维，具备优先次序能力和组织能力。
• 具备保留和保护机密材料的能力。
• 必须具备良好的英语水平。

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
