职位描述：
Analysis and the interpretation of P&L and BS, with main focus on revenues and operational costs, including (1) Production costs, (2) Maintenance costs, (3) Fixed assets, (4) All inventories, (5) Specific project costs, and (6) CAPEX and OPEX costs (7) Overheads – ensuring local site management visibility and drive EBIT improvement.
Perform specific cost planning activities, supporting and advising site management to achieve yearly costs savings plan.
Drive overall plant efficiency improvement, from productions costs to overhead.
Update level 1 costing and support RBM Finance business flow costs calculation.
Support RBM Finance for preparation of BOP, with regard to Operation Budget.
In essence, job is focused in present and future, driven by strategic thinking.

Requirements:
Bachelor and above degree in Business or Finance
At least 5 years plant controlling experience in industrial / manufacturing environment within an international company
SAP knowledge preferable
