JOB DESCRIPTION
?Motivate, coach, inspire, and support staff in the Agency.
?Ensure Strong Client Relationships.
?Provide Strategic Marketing Counsel to Clients at all Management Levels
?Understand and Communicate Client's Business Objectives.
?Identify and Cultivate Business-Building Opportunities (for Y&R and the Client)
?Represent Agency Objectives and Initiatives to Agency Brand Team
?Lead Agency Brand Team towards Strategic and Creative Excellence
?Be a Mentor and Role Model for Account Management
?Manage Financial Performance of Account
?Has a strategic mind to be able to mobilize resources, manages and lead the teams to bring out the best, and ultimately be responsible for pushing great work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
?Bachelor's degree in related field.
?6+ years of management experience is preferred.
?Strong understanding of all areas of Marketing.
?Proven ability to interact effectively with Clients.
?Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
?Ability to define problems, research information, outline facts, and draw valid conclusions.
?Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or Board of Directors.
?Ability to orchestrate others to take action/"go getter" type (Activator).
?Ability to invest in others and derive satisfaction from teaching, mentoring, and/or coaching (Developer).
?Fluent in reading/writing/speaking Mandarin, English.
