任职资格:
? College degree or above majored in tooling design and repair.专科或以上学历，模具设计或维修专业；
? 3 years mold repair experience in auto industry. 3年汽车行业模具维修经验；
? Familiar with mold repair method metallic material process technology 熟悉模具维修方法及金属材料加工技术；
? Good capability in reading technical English, Email writing and reading.能够读懂英文的技术文件并用英文处理邮件；
? Strong PC skills and CAD UG experience.熟悉办公软件，拥有CAD制图经验
? Familiar with press tooling and its design熟悉冲压模具及其构造
? Good team spirit and problem solving ability良好的团队协作和解决问题的能力
主要职责:
? Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance plan in tools area, monitoring the implement status and analyzing the PM result.设立并进行高效的设备预防保养计划，监控执行情况并分析PM结果，
? Support tool related issues for new projects.协助新项目中与模具相关的事项；
? Responsible for tool technology issue repair and modification. 负责修模及改模过程中的技术问题解决；
? Executing of PM as per the plan & recording the data in the check sheets.根据计划执行PM并在检查表中记录数据；
? Set up and update the tool daily check and preventive maintenance plan.制定并更新每日的模具检查计划和预防性保养计划；
? Provide technical support to tooling maintenance technician. 为模具保养技术员提供技术协助；
? Breakdown analyzing using fishbone diagram, Plato, and identifies the permanent corrective action. 运用鱼骨图和柏拉图分析法进行故障分析并找出永久对策；
? To identify the critical spare parts list, update in the spare parts stock level in the register at stores after consuming spares for PM &Breakdown.整理关键零部件清单，并在零件用于故障消耗后更新库存清单；
? Make regular checks that the procedures for locking tools correctly in place are being followed; set up a periodic TPM activity to audit locking fixtures and bolts定期进行检查以确保正确执行使用了锁定设备，设定周期性的TPM活动对锁定装置和螺栓进行检查；
? Continuous improvement of tools and tool related issues.对模具及模具相关的问题进行持续改善；
? Monitor the full and accurate input of all tooling information by tool technicians确保模具技术员正确、完整地输入所有的模具相关信息；
? Support tool related issues for the engineering change. 对工程变更带来的相关问题予以协助；
? Maintenance tooling technology training, to reduce repair time.进行模具技术培训，减少维修时间；
? Identify, prioritize and allocate resources to corrective maintenance actions and follow up to ensure completion识别、优先并合理分配资源以确保维修正确执行并对相关事项进行跟进直至完结；
? Responsible tooling maintenance management on site, ensure mold lifetime.负责现场模具的保养管理并监控模具的生命周期；
? Responsible for making mold standard operator instruction.复制制定模具操作的标注程序；
