Overview:
Waters Corporation's Services Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professionals that partner with customers to ensure successful utilization of Waters’ product suite. As CDS Implementation Project Specialist working for an industry leader, you will be committed to delivering Waters’ legendary service to our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide (professional and/or technical) expertise on Waters' innovative product suite for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.

Responsibilities:
- Leaders in the delivery of consulting projects focused on implementing customer solutions for various business models. The project results in measurable improvements in revenues, costs, customer retention and satisfaction
- Nurture and develop an enterprise team that allows team members to share information effectively and collaborate with business issues related to personal experiences. The goal is to improve the overall skills of the team as a whole through information flow across the team
- The overall strategic management of the team, management of resources work, to ensure the development and satisfaction of staff

Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of software consulting experience, as well as significant leadership achievements, including a successful management team, as well as respected enterprise software vendors, systems integrators or technology consulting company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and team work spirit
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and quality commitment
- Organize skills and abilities, multitask, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
