职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.1 In charge of daily &preventive maintenance and repair to minimize the downtime related tooling or tooling maintenance;

负责模具的日常及预防性维修与维护，以减少因模具造成的停机时间；

1.2 In charge of dies tunning and improvement for roll forming line, bending line & assembly line.
负责滚压线、折弯机及组装线模具的调试及改善；

1.3 Put forward reasonable proposal to improve the tooling stabilization and increase production efficiently;

通过提出合理化建议来提高模具的稳定性和生产效率；

1.4 Good communication and relationship with production and other departments to keep the good working atmosphere.

与生产及其它部门密切合作，以养成良好的工作氛围；

1.5 The Employee shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company.

劳动者应承担公司可能不时指定的其他职责。

任职资格：
2.1 Graduate from technical school with major in tooling construction，mechanical or automatization ;

中专以上学历，模具加工、机械或自动化专业；

2.2 More than 3 years die maintenance experience in automobile stamping plant or tooling manufacturing plant and More than 1 year maintenance experience in transfer die& press operation;

3年以上汽车扳金冲压工厂或模具加工厂工作经验，一年以上顺送模维修经验并会操作相应机床；

2.3 Must be familiar in mechanic and hydraulic press , especially the tonnage from 500T to 1600T;

必须能熟练操作机械及液压机的维修，尤其是吨位位于500吨到1600吨。

2.4 Good English communication skill is preferred;

有英语沟通能力者优先；

2.5 High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision;

工作积极主动，能够在有限监督下独立开展工作

2.6 High responsibility , Strong personality and ambitions, capable to work under pressure;

具备高度的责任心，能够在压力下工作；

2.7 Ability to grow SNOP Guangzhou in accordance with the Company’s values: Professionalism, Transparency, Ambition, Respect, Trust and Profitability
